Expired Cellphone contracts

My wife had cellphone contracts for years..last year in 2020 all her contracts expired and months before they expire she called them to cancel them when the contracts expire..to this day mtn is still taking money for that...I have reserved the payments twice already as I am the one paying mtn...my wife called them again to tell them to stop but nothing is happening..I am sick and tired with mtn...
