Expired airtime

I am again disgusted by my experience with MTN customer service. So I purchased airtime on the 30/04/2016, to buy midnight express data to update my software etc.

Cutting a long story short, I never got to do that and never saw a reason to worry 'bout my airtime vanishing. Now that I tried buying data my airtime is R0.00. I call customer care and get through to Nolundi (Sup: Thapelo Monareng), who honestly wasn't in the mood to help me as she sounded like I just woke her up. To my shock I get told the airtime expired. #***

I didn't know that airtime expired, let alone was I notified by the very SMS that confirm my successful recharge (something MTN can look into). Nor is it on the Ts & Cs where I can say it was an oversight on my part because the consultant couldn't even tell me where it is stated.

WOW MTN now I kinda get the idea where the free airtime MTN customers get comes from.

Keep up the *** service ek sê.
