Experts I dont think so
<p>I took my phone into MTN since it burned, I put the phone on charge and heard a spark sound. Next thing you know flames come out of the bottom of the phone i grabbed a glass of water to put out the flames, instinct not to let anything else burn. The response I got was basically that I should have rather let everything burn because they found water in device..................... I told them i used water to put out the flame. I will never use that network again they are pathetick they cannot wait to let you upgrade but when something happens to your device thay cannot assist you.</p>
I will never use mtn again if this is not fixed we are 13year clients never asked for anything and this is the response we get we one of the devices malfunctiones. They are quick to call you nee to updgrade you need this that and that but the service we receive after we needed you.... no........ short and sweet. Thank you for nothing i will not advise anyone to use mtn services. The lady that assisted me when i went to retrieve the phone yesterday decided to fb a little before she gets the phone and i sat there. Pathetic
