********** EXPERIENCE : MTN

I was hoping there is a 0. I reached out to MTN after they told me my account was in areas for 2 months when infact i pay via debit order. Calling them was nothing but shocking... spoke to multiple *********** agents and on one call one was having a conversation with her colleagues about the weekend and how she enjoyed her cereal! Definately cancelling my account!
