Experience is pathetic

I have never had such bad experience from Mtn than now my account has taken 3 months now to sort out a lady from the credit management team gave me a call stating my account is behind I told her every amount was paid so she said no sorry she will have to get back to me before the end of the day she gave me a call at 16:39 telling me that she is sorry for the mess and all I need to pay is the 847 becoz the accounts ppl debt my account and credited of the same amount which was wrong. So she said she fixed it it’s friday now and I get smses to say they gona suspend my account becoz of amount outstanding what more must I do they just can’t sort it out how long still I’m so sick of Mtn it’s a darn mess no one can help me no one can see my payments there is never a number to call the credit management team there is never a number for any department to sort ones account out and yet my credit score is a mess becoz of Mtn that can’t sort their mess out. I have spoken to 10 ppl already it’s madness ? I’m still awaiting for someone to call me to sort this account out.
