We called MTN to speak to them about a billing issue. We got through to a consultant by the name of Selen Kopela who when asking questions relating to our query put our call on hold with out explanation and kept us on hold for 8 min with dead silence, we have not been assisted and she didn’t bother to call us back.

While I’m typing this she still has us on hold 15min longer, seems she is set on doing as little as possible to assist clients with queries.
