Expensive but NOT worth it ‘anymore’.

MTN is under my list of ‘expensive but worth it’ things I have like my Vitamix blender and Tom Ford polarised sunglasses, and it’s been so for over a decade now. But the last two weeks they’ve given me nothing but bare minimum low value at a higher rate. Which is the current environment we live in right now, like coke with less sugar and damn paper straws, terrible. I’m a contract holder paying over a grand for a service I don’t get. The price I pay for this service and the value I’m receiving don’t go together. I have not been able to receive calls for a period of two weeks, we now in the third week. I’ve visited their outlet in Gauteng Centurion area, they said to have logged a ticket for my issue but nothing has been resolved. I spent Sunday morning calling their helpl service line, spoke to 3 “service champions” who could not assist me. One of hung the phone up on my ear, the last one promised to escalate the matter and call me back in 20min but never did. I have been nice, you playing with me and you playing with money. It’s up.
