Expecting money from deceased!
My father was an MTN client from 1998 until 2021 when he passed away. Before my father passed away, he was in ICU for 3 and a half weeks. The paramedics that was supposed to help save his life, decided that it was more important to ***** my father's phone and treat my mother and I like garbage in my parents own home. Now here is where my problem comes in with MTN South Africa.😡😡😡😡😡😡 my father was not allowed to know that his phone was ******, therefore he could not blacklist the phone and NOBODY was prepared to help us. My mother and I jumped through all kinds of hoops for these idiots, sending them the proof (which they requested) that my father was admitted in ICU. They then white listed the phone, whatever that means... They then said they will assist once we send an affidavit from the SAPD stating that the phone was ******. By the way the ******** who stole the phone, went for a polygraph test, FAILED THE TEST ADMITTED guilt in front of witnesses. This we heard the day that my father passed away. So then the stupid naive people that my mother and I are, believed that now MTN must STOP my father's contract. OH REALLY?????? What a damn joke!!!!!😡😡😡😡 NO! Instead they keep debitting money off my mother's account for ****** phone that was ****** of a deceased contract holder. We have tried tirelessly to sort this **** out!!!!! But NO!!!!! We were then asked to send my fathers death certificate, the affifavit that was done at the SAPD as well as proof of the deceased ID copy. We did ALL of that. Been to the store countless times and still ****ALL is happening to STOP the contract. And get this!!! Today MTN so lovingly informs my mother after debiting her account with R1 800, that she must keep paying for the contract because it only expires in 2023. This is ABSOLUTE BULL****!!!! MTN is as useful as a pencil without a nib. Stay the hell away from them!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
