Exorbitant bills from MTN (***** !!!!!)

<p>I refer to the following Call Centre reference numbers: ********** 08, ********** 861.</p> <p> </p> <p>For the past couple of months, my phone/contract has been **********ly used to subscribe to adhoc content services and also being used to download content and multiple games. An example is GameLoft from MTN Play where I am being repeatedly subscribed without my knowledge and games are being downloaded also without my knowledge. Even when I unsubscribe from MTNPlay I automatically get subscribed again and games are continually downloaded. I am even being subscribed to ****ographic and cooking services !!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>My bill for last month was R7000 and this month it will be R5000. I am NOT doing any of this.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want to know why is MTN subscribing me to these services without my knowledge and WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT !!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have logged repeated queries, but I have not received confident answers as to why this is happening.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can I get confirmation as to who is doing this, and why is it happening without me doing it?? I also want confirmation as to why I have to pay for this bill when MTNPlay is subscribing me and downloading stuff without my permission.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need immediate answers or I will move my number to another provider.</p> <p> </p>
