Exorbitant Billing
Hi Yahya from MTN<br> <br> Your response to my last post is by no means an answer to my question. Today is the 12th of July and my current spend is sitting at R1500. I use WIFI at work from 8am to 6pm, my applications have been set to \automatically update over wifi only"so when I am using mobile data no updates happen. It is impossible for me to have used up that much data in just a few weeks post getting my 2 gig. I hereby request a day by day data usage report"

Kindly be advised that a billing query has been logged for the data charges to be validated and for the data usage report to be sent, REQ:*** and REQ:***. Also be advised that the data bundle pricing changed as of 23 April 2015, the out of bundle rate increased to R0.99 per MB.
