EXORBITANT BILLING
The last 3 months billings have been completely out of sync with what my contract charges have always been.<br> My normal billing over the last 14 months has been the agreed R480.00 but now<br> March - R1201.34<br> April - R2775.96<br> May - R2945.40<br> This is alarming! There is ***** being committed here. These sim cards are for Samsung tablets used by my children for school ONLY, and they aren't even installed on the tablets! Please can someone contact me so we can sort this out.<br> <br> Every day that this continues to run unattended the more I am **********ly being charged! I have been trying fruitlessly to get hold of anyone at MNT without success, including leaving numerous messages on your Facebook in-box as suggested by your FB team.<br> <br> PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE FORCING ME TO GO OUT ON A NEGATIVE ALL OUT SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN UNTIL YOU ATTEND TO MY PROBLEM!<br> <br> awaiting your response<br> <br> Vitor M<br>

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
According to our records, your package has a data bundle of 500MB monthly. On the April invoice, your usage was 3467.40MB, over and above the 500MB. On May invoice, the usage was 2487.59MB over and above the monthly allocation of 500MB. Kindly note that once you have exceed the data bundle, you are billed out of bundle rate of R0.99 per MB.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
