Exorbitant account due to data usage out of bundle supposedly

<p> Good day. My account was suspended yesterday and when i called to query, the mtn contact person indicated that i had >R5000 in data charges out of bundle. This is not possible. I have a credit limit on my account of R550 which firstly should have suspended my account when i reached it. And secondly, i went to the mtn shop immediately to which my account suddenly went from >R5000 TO >R12000 while im in the shop with my phone not in use and sitting in front of me. How is this even possible? My data usage on my samsung S5 shows no excessive data use and i believe there is a serious concern here with my billing (I have screen shots of this). My history of data use furthermore shows no indication of me being a high data user. I cannot get a statement and have been told that i cannot do anything until i get my statement next month. My bundles have never expired for the month which is also an indication of my low data usage, because i have wifi at home and at work. I would appreciate it if mtn looks into this rather than making me wait till next month as R12000 unbilled cannot be taken out of my account. I do not have that kind of money. At R.99 c per MB out of bundle, i would have had to use 12 000MB which is not possible. That is 12 GB at >R1000 a MB??? MTN please honour your customers and sort this out!</p>
