Exhorbitant monthly fees on phone contract
In May 2018 I renewed my wife's contract with MTN. To my surprise when I checked the statement, the debit order was way too high compared to what we agreed with the consultant. Strange enough the so called contract does not even stipulate the agreed upon monthly payment. This service provider is taking me for a ride and they don't have customer needs at heart. This is a *******...I wont have a contract with MTN again.

24 Jul 2018, 08:56MTN is a fly by night. It has NO business ethics and clients are **********. I am supposed to pay R249 per month but now I am charged R460 (85% more than the agreed amount). I cant get hold of Silindile Ngema who sold me the deal and the recording which is my proof cannot be availaved. MTN says I must pay R12 475 to part ways with them. Total unfairness from MTN ... the angels of devil and darkness.
