The South African consumer has sadly become inured to unsatisfactory service levels from the large conglomerates despite the fact that their success should be dependent on the consumers satisfaction.

Recently I was faced with a problem with my iphone 7 plus. After some frustrating delays my salvation came in the introduction to the store manageress Ms Rozana Hasson at Mtn Pavilion.

To my pleasant surprise I met the exception to the rule. An individual who understood my complaint and frustrations and followed up the trail of complaint until she achieved a satisfactory solution.

I was impressed to see an individual imbued with candid mien, honest disposition and upright. Her goodwill, due diligence and dedication has single handedly restored my waning confidence in this service provider.
