Exemplary Service from Simphiwe Mahlobo at MTN Store, Sandton City Mall

Went for an upgrade at MTN Sandton City Mall Shop and was served by Simphiwe Mahlobo and she was an excellent Sales Rep. Next time you're there ask for her and she'll wow with her positive attitude. Even though she made an error with my upgrade she was able to swiftly inform me and rectify it after I left the shop. Thank you Simphiwe for providing exemplary customer service, I believe your bosses are noticing and will ensure they retain for the good of their store and the MTN Brand in general. Well Done!!!
