Excuses For 8 Months - Read Here First Before You Get An MTN Contract.

Excuses everyday. Now apparently my contracts a pending cancellation. Why are they pending why not just cancel them and save me and yourself the legal cost and time. If you think I'm going to settle my contracts you have another thing coming your way. As mentioned before I'm done with MTN pursue me legally to recover costs please, I'm begging you. Remember those numbers belong to me it's personal. It's like an ID book you can not just give them away you will land in a heap of trouble. So please MTN go ahead cancel my contracts I'm already with another network who promised me that they will not do what you did for almost a year. For the other people reading this. Find another network. MTN has multiple complaints on Hello Peter for adding any and all expenses to their customers accounts without any consent. In my case they loaded R2500 every month for data I never asked for. R2500!!!!! take note of that amount now multiply it with 8 Months thats R20 000 MTN wants me to pay for something I never agreed to verbally nor in writing. So if you are in the market for a contract stay away from MTN. They are like the ANC and will try and rob you like land without compensation. in this case its ***** without compensation. Rather go to another network.
