Excuse not to honor the warranty time frame on their products

I bought a durocell I phone charger at an MTN store in Dainfern square last year September 2022. The charger has a three year warranty but it stopped working just a year later. I took it back to the store with the invoice and the lady told me there is a high chance they won’t replace it cause it’s slightly bent which they call physical damage yet that is just wear a tear of chargers. I have a charger with wire sticking out that still works but a slight bend is made to seem like the reason for this one to stop working.
