Excessive Switched Packet Data Calls

I have been an MTN customer for the last 6 years and my bill has averaged R500 per month. For the last 2 months however my bill has been R3800 and this month its R4700!! My calls are only R300 for the whole month however a charge of R3800 for \Switched Packet Data Calls"was put on my bill. My phone runs off wifi 24/7 and I have a data tracker on my phone which is almost zero. After being on hold to the call centre for an hour and no one answered and after posting my complaint on MTN's Facebook wall"
