Excessive data charges
I had contract renewed & specifically informed consultant at Parow branch that contract must allow R0 if data & airtime depleted. She showed me on their system that the amount was changed to zero. All of a sudden I'm being billed almost R3000 for data which is third of my usual subscription. This is not the first time mtn does this to me & shrug it off & I see I'm not the only. This time I'm taking legal action as mtn responds months after the fact yet they are quick to suspend!!!
