Excessive Data Billing
I refer to REQ: *** - on 12 Nov 2015 I wrote to Hello Peter indicating that I am not satisfied with the response posted on Hello Peter by Mantoa, on 17 Nov - REQ: *** - Nompumelelo responded that the matter is being sent back to Mantoa for handling, sadly to say up to this day I have received no feedback from Mantoa, and for your kind information this is not the first time something like this has happened, previously as well when Mantoa was handling this issue and I queried certain matters via email and she did not respond. It would be appreciated if MTN can answer the questions I posed previously. MTN please do not respond on Hello Peter as a matter of formality can I please get the clarity that I have requested.

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it has caused.
Kindly be advised that the invoices were validated to be correct by the billing department. The out of bundle rate has increased to R 0.99 including VAT as of the 1st of April 2015, which could be one of the reasons your data billing is now high. The system shows that the URL reports and Itemised billing were sent which shows how you were charged. The URL report will not show the duration, used as a guide line as to the websites accessed. Also note that this only includes web sites (HTTP) and that any traffic such as VoIP, Bit Torrent, etc. are not included.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
