excessive data account

got a account of R10 000.00 for used data. tried to enquire how this is possible. MTN Meyerton said they would lodge a investigation that would take 3 to 4 days. 2 weeks later no response from MTN.<br> <br> Sevice at the branch is good, but support at HQ level is pathetic.
