excessive bill

Mtn is in the midst if industrial strike - so one cannot get through to them. I have a 2 gig data contract with top-up meaning I have to load prepaid data once 2gigs is depleted. I have never used up 2 gigs but surprisingly last month my data was finished rather fast and I had to twice load prepaid data.<br> I was confident though, that my bill would be low as the service was stopped. Imagine my horror when I receive my statement for the month totalling R1014 when my normal payment is R129. An MTN store employee says that hes had a number of such complaints - and that he thinks its striking employees manipulating customer accounts to portray Mtn in a bad light. True or not - I dont know. All I know is I could not have incurred such a bill - as MTN stopped my service when I reached my cap. Why then, this huge bill, which has already been debited??? Immediate investigation is required - but one cannot get through to them.
