EXCESSIVE AND UNWANTED MTN XTRATIME POP-UP ADS AND SMS SPAM

I AM AT MY WITS END!!! WITH YOUR POP-UP MARKETING about MTN XTRATIME!! i have been calling and emailing for months now! I DO NOT WANT TO HEAR "dial *141*5# " or *135*6# or ANYTHING ! I HAVE TRIED THEM ALL 100 TIMES , I have followed the prompts, and nothing works, after literally EVERY call whether incoming or outgoing i get this ANNOYING pop-up that asks if i want an XTRATIME loan because my balance is low even when my balance is NOT anywhere near to low.

Every email with screenshots that i send gets rep**** to in the same manner : "please dial *135* or *141*" or whatever even though it clearly states in my mail that i HAVE ALREADY TRIED THAT AND IT DID NOT RESOLVE ANYTHING !!

I have also tried the MTN app and disabled ALL consent marketing settings but STILL nothing changed, i am STILL receiving that ****** annoying pop up that keeps my phone screen on until i attend to it! And to make things WORSE it's immediately followed by an sms about the same damn thing! You are invading my privacy without my consent! You are spamming me! You are causing damage to my mobile phone! This is invasive marketing! And your service providers are none the wiser! I am also not the only one , everyone i know on your network has experienced it too. The stuff on the pop-ups aren't even RELEVANT to me!!!

If this does not get resolved I'm blowing this up on social media, you have absolutely NO right to harrass me with forceful ads that don't apply to me, i don't need your XTRATIME loans , i buy up front bundles for heaven's sake

I WOULD LIKE FOR SOMEONE TO ONCE AND FOR ALL RESOLVE THIS DAMN ISSUE!!!!!
