Excess Data usage

why can mtn no longer provide me with data usage. I noticed my data was being depleted rather quick while watching netflix. We are on the lower package so should use around 35 gb per month, some months 150 GB. Now i have called 4 times and get told we cannot give the breakdown of usage. If you cant then you are hiding something.
