Exceptionally excellent at poor customer service

Recently my contract was upgraded. Not on my request and definitely without my consent. The MTN consultant who was responsible for this said that I must send him an affidavit etc, which I have done... in May already. Obviously I am still paying for this contract (whilst writing this review on my IPhone 5c). Nothing has been done and no one seems to be able to follow this up or find the consultant who presumably has my affidavit. Is this how mtn treats its loyal customers? I have been with mtn since 2002. I suppose since crime has become such a large part of our lives, mtn doesn't mind joining the fun, upgrading contracts without approval. So what now MTN?
