exceptional speedy service

<p>I submitted a claimed for my lost phone with Unathi Zenani on the 10/05. Today is the 15/05 and i received my phone as promised. During the process of my claim, Unathi was always available to answer any queries i had with my claim and she'd revert with any feedback i required from her as promised. we last communicated on friday 12/05 and she advised me that i will receive the replacement device within 1 - 5 working days and i was actually expecting delivery of my device anytime from tomorrow, but to my pleasant surprise, it was delivered this morning before 11h00.
