Exceptional service from Mtn

In the midst of arranging logistics for travelling, we totally overlooked activating international roaming on of the company tablets. Frantically made a call to MTN and needless to say their service is not always up to par but Rofhiwa was awesome!! She diligently took me through the process and requirements. After the whole process she sent a confirmation email with details, references and such. Im genuinely impressed. Thank you<br> <br> If she can train the rest of the agents to be as efficient and professional there would be a lot more happy clients for the MTN.
