Exceptional service from manager at Westwood mall

Living in the westville area everyone has heard about tragic incident that occurred to the young man that worked at Mtn Westwood mall. I had some trouble with my phone and proceeded to mtn at Westwood on Thursday i was greeted with such by a young lady by the name of Sharmini I remembered her name so well because I tried to pronounce and she corrected me followed by telling me she is also a govender. She was busy with a customer but still greeted me and assured me that she would be with me shortly and asked me to take a seat. As I waited for her to finish with the customer I watched as she helped the old gentleman get of the seat and assisted him while walking as he was quite elderly. She kept assuring me she would be with me shortly. She then asked me what can she do to assist me, I explained my issue and she began assisting me, the topic of the young man who passed away came up in our conversation and I had asked her how is she coping , she began explaining to me about the individual he was and I watched her cry for a while and she pulled herself together and then started telling me how greatful she is for the person he was. In all of this , she solved my many issues and answered all my questions. She proceeded to tell me that she wasn't aware of certain things and phoned someone who assisted her , She made mention that she has not been a manager before and is trying to assist me as much as she can. Her phone rang , and I expected her to answer her phone, when I asked her she stated that it was her daughter's school and would call back. I proceeded to ask her about her daughter and the hours she works , she smiled and said she loves her job and her daughter benefits as she is a single parent.i spent just over and hour in store with the young lady and had a very pleasant experience. Ive gone to Mtn in pavilion for all my issues and this was my first time going to Westwood mall. The service I experienced was exceptional from this young lady. Thank you for a great experience and all of your help. MTN is not only a good network as I've been with them for 20 years but have amazing management.
