exceptional service from Kwenza Ngubane

I submitted a claim yesterday called in to make a follow up today and i was attended by Kwenza Ngubane who gave me the best service thus far, i have had bad services from MTN over the years but he stood out, the attitude towards making sure that you understand what he is explaining is amazing, and he is so calm and does his job magnificently, he is definitively for keeps. MTN please look after such employees.
