Exceptional service from Bianca
I had to urgently do an upgrade on my contract this afternoon as my phone died and couldn't be resuscitated. I didn't have time on my hand as I'm flying to CT tomorrow. My entire life is on my phone!
Bianca from the Clearwater Branch was truly exceptional. She dealt with my panic in calm way and got me the best possible deal.
She truly is an asset to MTN.
