Exceptional Service and Effortless Assistance

I migrated my contract 2 weeks ago and haven't been able to receive or make calls since then, and I also wanted to know if the migration is visible on the MTN side and confirm the new monthly installment. I spoke to 3 MTN reps today, one said they couldn't see anything on their side and made me dial the number to deactivate call barring which I did with no success, and said I should wait for my invoice on the 27th of the month to find out details about my migration, the second one dropped the call after making me wait 10 minutes.

I was about to give up and go to the physical store when I decided to call again, this time I was assisted by Nonhlanhla Mbhele from Umhlanga, Durban, and let me just say, WHAT A DELIGHT! It didn't take her even 2 minutes to figure out that my calls were deactivated and activated them, she also confirmed the details of the migration with no hassle at all. I tested my calls and everything is working perfectly now, which has put me at ease.

I just want to pass my gratitude to her for her patience and kind assistance, especially at the end of the day. She was such a pleasure to speak to and helped me effortlessly. I hope this review doesn't go unnoticed, and please give that lady her flowers because wow!.
