Good evening... I would like to convey my utmost gratitude for the exceptional service I’ve received from your Menlyn Park branch. I phoned the branch 19:15 to enquire about the availability of the phone I’d like to upgrade to. With the said phone being in stock, Siyabonga asked me for my number. When I got to the branch, all the documentation for the upgrade was ready on my arrival. The entire process of upgrading, choosing a cover, etc., took less than 30 minutes due to Siyabonga’s willingness to help. It was not just Siyabonga who made the experience so pleasurable. When I left the shop a few minutes past 20:00, all the staff members on duty on the 6th of March 2018, greeted me with the most friendly smiles, even after working an 11 hour shift. The positive atmosphere in that shop is palpable and it made my excitement of a new phone so much more pleasurable! Thank you MTN and Ngiyabonga to Siyabonga!
