Exceptional Poor Dervoce and Passing the buck

On 28th June went to do a sim swap on 2 numbers only one was done / activated on my return from Namibia I was informed by my son that hes sim was not activated tried Monday 13th July to phone no one answered the cell number on the receipt, On Tuesday got the so called Head Office number was given a landline number which stayed engaged then phoned again head office was told just to keep on trying the number must be busy ask for owner / md e-mail address refused to give it to me the gave e-mail address of a \Bella"and the branch e-mail address after send an mail no one phoned me back eventually got hold of the branch manager after 5 was told it is not there problem it is due to the strike at MTN. I she did tell Edrich to phone do not know why he did not. Edrich asked me if I want him to climb on the tower to activate my sim. Up to no 15.15 on 17.07.2015 the sim is still not activated and I left three message today and no one phoned me back!!!<br> <br> Will not recommend the whole group Meyerton Vanderbijlark"

We see from our system that there has been no activity on cell number *** since 28th June when the sim swap was done. Kindly ensure that the correct sim card is in the phone - the sim number that is on the system is ***, and then contact the call centre on 808 to re-do the activation.
