I would like to bring to your attention the "overwhelming great service I experienced at your Gateway Store--0571on the 12th October 2017.2017.My frustrations were at a all times high when I was unable to connect to the 808 number to cancel my contractcontracts. So I decided to personally visit the MTN store! I was drawn to this particular employee who was eager to attend to my dhdilemma as soon as he noticed my expression. Dhiraj Dhularie approached in a manner that gave me the feeling that "all would be well" the moment I was seated. Upon discussing my problem, he advised me on all my options and promised to give me the"the best deal".His product knowledge is remarkable and so was the patient manner in which he dealt with my queries. An hour later I actually signed a New Contract! My intentions was to cancel and connect with cell C!.He is definitely an asset to the company. It's very rare to find an employee eho is not only interested in making a sale but a genuine interest in customer service! !!
