Exceptional customer service Kapil and your coligues

<p>i just went to an mtn branch 0625 and was assisted by the guy : Kapil.. i hope that your company is rewarding you for your exceptional customer service. i went there looking for assistance on my phone that needed and update, i was so frustrated because the phone is still new and i was not a sim card problem. and i did not know what? and how to sort it out.. i went in there and Kapil and his other lady were excellent. they sorted it out for me, out of excitement i forgot my wallet on the counter.. i turned back from work to fetch it.. the wallet was there..
