Exceptional Customer Service from Bongeka Zwane

I had an issue with my SIM card for five days. During that time, I kept calling 135 and even went to the MTN store multiple times, but I still wasn’t getting the help I needed. Then I got in touch with a woman named Bongeka Zwane, and she went out of her way to make sure I received the assistance I needed. She truly made me feel valued as an MTN South Africa client.
