Exceptional customer service
I went to the Cresta branch for my upgrade on 30/04/2018. Because I had so much data on my old phone, it took almost three hours to transfer all the content to the new phone. The consultant, Khosi, waited patiently with me until it was complete and made sure that everything was in order. She answered all my questions and ensured everything was to my satisfaction before I left the store. MTN comes in for a lot of flak where customer service is concerned but the service I received really was exceptional. Thank you!
