Exceptional BAD service - MTN Menlyn and Repair Centre

I hereby want to lodge a formal complaint i.r.o. the attached brand new ****le bought which is faulty – and MTN seem to avoid dealing with the matter.

I object to having to wait for months on a new unit that is required for business needs.

The MTN shop in Menlyn is un-cooperative, and does not seem to understand the concept of customer service!

Please URGENTLY advise why this unit has not been repaired yet?

It has now been 3 weeks and I believe unit has not even been send to the repairs section yet?

This is exceptional bad service!
