Excellent Service - Salome Pete

My husband went for his upgrade on 1 May, but he wanted the new Samsung S6 Edge, but as it is so popular there was none available from any of the MTN stores, but a lady by the name of Salome Pete at MTN Cresta took his details and said she will call him as soon as they get stock in. I didn't have much hope for this as I went for my upgrade in January and they also said they will call, but I already got my new phone by now and still no call. I told him he will have to call, because MTN will definitely not phone him, but what a surprise we got this morning 2nd May when Salome called and said my husband should come in, because they received stock and she will have all the paperwork ready he can come straight to her. True to her word everything was ready by the time we got to Cresta.<br> This is not the first time that Salome gave us excellent service, because my husband's previous upgrade was also done by Salome and my previous upgrade was also done by her.<br> I really have to recommend her to the Execs and Management of MTN, because they have an excellent employee in Salome which really go out of her way for the customers, she is always friendly and very professional, she deserves at leas
