Excellent service Nelisa Mzimande

Hi there, yesterday I tried contacting MTN a number of times, however to my disappointment all of the agents had bad internet connection. Later around 7pm I called again and was connected to Nosipho Maleweli who then asked me to send her my proof of payment because I had made a payment and needed to re-instate my connection and services, I asked her to hold on a bit while I send it to her, after sending it I checked on her but it seemed like she was away from desk, I could even hear voices in the background, she came back and terminated the call.

I called again and this time I was greatly assisted by Nelisa Mzimande. Very professional individual who helped me dearly. Everything went smooth and I was very satisfied, because of her, all the bad service I’ve been getting faded off. It only takes one person to change others’ views. She really saved the day, otherwise this would’ve been a complaint with a 1 star rating. Excellent service from Nelisa. Please give her a day off, well deserved.
