Excellent Service MTN Mobile Insurance

I have a contract phone with MTN. I lost the phone and reported it, though it took a bit of time to have the device blacklisted/blocked but eventually it was and from there dealing with their insurance people went well. They notified me that my claim has been approved had to a device and have it delivered after five working days, i actually received the handset the following day, which was very impressive. Thank you to all the staff that helped me, i really appreciate your time and effort, keep up the good customer service.
