Excellent Service - MTN Insurance (Monitor Admistrators)

I just experienced possibly one of the best customer service of all time from MTN (Lungani Duma - Claims Administrator @Monitor Administrators). A few weeks ago.

After logging my claim he contacted me requesting outstanding documents and after i sent the required doc within a period of 2 hours, he did all his best to get my claim approved, after paying the required access, he then place an order for my phone replacement .

I wish that Lungani and other customer services administrators / consultants continue to provide excellent customer service to every individual as with the current status of our country good customer service is not something often experienced.
