Excellent Service- Mbali Hlongwane in Upgrades department

I was due for a contract upgrade and was about to lose hope with the call center due to incompetence- I almost cancelled my contract. Until I got a call from Mbali Hlongwane in the upgrades department... I must say, coming from a service background, she blew my mind... taking the whole experience step by step and was very patient with all the questions I threw at her... excellent customer service by far!!!! she is a real asset to your company and deserves a promotion!! I will only deal with her when my next contract falls due in a few months.
