Excellent service from Nhlakanipho Makhathini

I got a great service from Nhlakanipho Makhathini!!!!

I lost my phone in a ******* incident and two weeks went by I was trying to send proof of forcible entry to the mtn insurance team and most of the consultants told me they have not received the photos and that I must call again.

Luckily this day, I got through to Nhlakanipho and he went out his way to make sure that he helps me, the photos were not going through because of space but he even got an I.T guy to assist and my claim went through..

He has excellent service and even stayed later to assist me. He is such an assest to the mtn insurance team and I hope he continues to go the extra mile for other customers as well.
