Excellent Service from MTN

I received excellent service from MTN! My laptop contract expired so I send an email on Friday to their customer care department to cancel the contract and the number, I also noticed that my account was in a credit amount and asked if I can be refunded. On Monday I received an e-mail bank asking for my banking details which I did send to them, and within 4 hours I was refunded.
