EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM CANDICE PHILLIPS

After I left a complaint here regarding the run around that MTN gave me while I tried to upgrade my two lines, they never bothered to give me any feedback on the matter. Today, 03/07, I receive a call from Candice Phillips from the upgrades department. I'm glad that I received that call, although I know for sure that it was not related to the previous incident. She was very much friendly and very helpful. This is a thank you message directly to her and not to MTN as MTN's processes are still messed up need serious intervention. Thank you very much Candice, YOU ARE A STAR!!!
