Excellent service from Amahle Zungu

I would like to rate a service that I received from Amahle Zungu it is heart warming to know that MTN has Agent like her , she resolved my query and I could her from the tone of her voice that she was not fed up she remained polite and professional. I called in angry but Amahle made me laugh with her politeness and willingness to help , I forgot I was on a call with her when she put me on hold and continued with my duties after 5 minutes I remembered I was on a phone call . Amahle never hung up she was there saying hello for a good 5 minutes 😊😊. Thank you 🙏 for being kind .
