Excellent Service!

Towards the end of March this year, I accompanied my sister to MTN Cape road Port Elizabeth. We were served by a consultant in Counter 3. She took all the details and told us that she would send the query to the Head office and advised us to follow up in three weeks or so.

When we came back, the security sent us to a different consultant. As we were explaining our query, the consultant who helped us before came over and explained to her colleague that she was fami**** with our query and asked us to follow her to her counter.

I noticed that she keeps an A4 counter book where she writes details of her customer queries. As she was talking to my sister, I could see the passion, the enthusiasm and the eagerness to help her customer. From the name tag that she was wearing, I saw that her name was Charlene, and I took it down.

Thank you for the excellent service, Charlene - your customers are lucky to have a person like you. Keep up the good work.
