Excellent service by MTN credit control staffer, Mr Madidimalo Ndou
I want to compliment Mr Madidimalo Ndou, a credit controller at MTN South Africa on the excellent service he gave me when an account was **********ly opened in my name. He was very fast in his response time to queries and sorted out my problem very quickly.

I have still not received my refund. Can you please assist as it is taking so long. I did explain that the bank account that the money was deducted from has been closed because of this *****. I supp**** new bank details, but no refund as yet was received.
