Excellent service by John store manager at maponya mall

My name is Londeka Ndwandwe, I had a problem where my Sim card was blocked from data sharing, and I had been going to Mtn shop in maponya, with no help, until Thursday where I was there till late, because my problem was still not sorted and I told them I'm not leaving till I get assistance, the store manager John assured me that he would follow this case personally and gave me contact where I can get him instead of going up and down, he really is a good manager, I just want to thank you, sometimes as a customer you can be frastrated by company but if employees are excellent at their job you will keep your business and John treated me like I'm their only customer
